Unfortunately, you have to spend all your earnings are not, thanks to a little plastic card that gives you a constant urge to shop at any time without cash. But in reality, you have enough money to get by if only you weren'ta slave bad habit of overspending and shopping.
You are not born with a bad habit that is embedded in your blood vessels. The good news is that overspending and spending addiction can be learned and once you learn them there would be no turning back until he has nothing left at the end of each pay cycle.

Research conducted by Stanford University in 2002 showed that no less than 60 million people (Americans) are categorized as a shopping addict or compulsive shopping. The amount is likely to get higher over the years considering the emergence of multilevel mall in America and around the world.

Bad news for shopaholics: a bad habit of spending and overspending can be cured in a short time with practical tips and guidelines:

1. First, there is a need to evaluate yourself and determine whether bad habits are present. You'll know you have a tendency to overspend (if you have not) and if you shop:
Gave way to spur of the moment shopping no matter what the price.
Little or no savings at all (and if there are a few of the remaining amount that is being looked at for other purchases.
It turns out for shopping when depressed.
More than half of the monthly salary is spent on debt repayments (mainly credit card).
Pleasure to buy (buy items that are not really necessary).
Being angry or depressed if forbidden to buy anything (including the prohibition of self).

2. After a bad habit is confirmed, then the next step is to find ways to minimize or even stop them from completely ruin your life and finances. Among the best way to avoid overspending are:
Avoid having more than one credit card. If there are multiple then take a card when it will come out and this should be a card with credit limit of the smallest.
Better yet, do not take credit cards at all so the urge to splurge will be discouraged. Some people hide their cards so that when they find encouragement cards have been passed.
Use credit cards for necessary expenses such as food and groceries, medicines and unpredictable (but significant cost).
Get used to purchase using cash. Although the U.S. a cashless society, it is still wise to carry cash for monitoring costs.
Make a list of things to buy and go directly to the aisles where the items can be found. Exploring too far away from other items intended to discharge pressure.
Avoid window shopping.
Avoid the urge to buy just because the item being sold.
Set the budget and stick to it.

3. Self-Reward. It's hard to keep the budget but if this is achieved then it is best to reward yourself by not spending, but the small pleasures of life like a sauna or a relaxing book.

4. Take a hobby. Most often than not, people are getting crazy mall-are those who may be bored in the house they found the mall into an exciting place. Finding a hobby that will keep you interested and busy malls will minimize traffic and thus, reduce spending. Hobbies can also be the start of a future business venture that can help you get more.
