Lazy Habits

Laziness is one of the seven capital sins. Sloth is laziness. It can creep on anyone. We all have our lazy days. That is normal. What is not normal is if we slack off most of the time.

Laziness sometimes triggered by other events. Take for example, browsing through a forum board. Finally, you'll be so engrossed with what you are doing the next thing you know the hours fly by and you've spent just flipping from one site to another, not that you should finish the job.

You should be aware of the consequences of your lazy behavior. Say you are an author and you have a deadline. If you do not submit an article at the time imposed, then this can also affect your boss because chances are someone is also tasked to submit an article you wrote that he would have to edit at any given time. You can also delay the delay him. Delay is the root of your laziness.

Here are some situations where you may find yourself lazy and drugs you can use.
A. If you have little interest in getting the job done, you should think about why you should get a job. For example, you turn to mop the floor. You feel lazy to do it. You have to think how the people of Latin America and reach the place you should look clean to the floor.

2. If you have a day off too much, you tend to be too lazy. Take the example of Natalie Portman. Yes, the actress. While she was filming, he took a psychology class from Harvard University. He not only became one of the most respected actresses and bankable in Hollywood, he graduated with honors. When asked how he did it, he replied by saying that more work to finish it, the more productive he is. The less busy I am, the more time I slacked off.

3. You must be committed to whatever you do. If you are determined to get the job done and you understand the core of the action, then you will dedicate myself to finishing. Lack of loyalty and commitment to action for any results of stalling time.

4. Maximize your time. If you work slowly, you are just wasting your time and others. If you want to be productive, you must be efficient in handling your watch. More work will be done in an hour, the more work you can accomplish in the span of one day.

5. Here's another bad habit that causes laziness. Your task, distracted and not finish. Sooner or later, you'll look around and see those half-baked work around you. You delayed so long that you do not know where to take because you do not remember where you left off. Therefore, when you are assigned a task, finish it. Only after finishing it, if you take the next task. If you are one of the few talents that can multi-task, but make sure that you are committed to whatever you do, even when you do more than one thing at a time.

6. Once you feel that you are doing something that is monotonous, you should find something interesting about what you do so you will not feel lazy finishing. You have to find something that interests you in a given task so that it will be easier for you to complete.

7. You have to think about the bigger picture. Fine for impaired but know that you have to change that attitude, especially if there is work staring right at you. If you're bored, you have to change that attitude. You must resist the temptation to browse the site fun when your boss is specifically assigned to research on a topic.

8. Know your limitations.
We tend to push myself too much. When this happens, we get to the point where we feel that we are given all the efforts we then begin to take things easy which results to be lazy. Therefore, you must learn how to work hard and play hard. In that way to be productive and be lazy (over time) are balanced.

Is There Something Stopping You?

Bad habits die hard and when you are stuck in one, it's often easier to give up the fight altogether and just enough to overcome the habit of letting your business. Forget the concept of failure. As long as you're back in your comfort zone, you are fine. The only problem with this in mind, you are wrong. You know you have a bad habit and you are so desperate to change it, but you can not get one last square. No matter what you do, you are still slipping and sliding back. So what's stopping you from making changes in your life and look for improvement?

Does that stop sign I see?
You have a desire to change bad habits, should not it enough? If only it were that easy. Often, having a strong desire to end a bad habit is not enough. Why? For one, a habit, whether good or bad, have a tendency to persist. They last forever and even when you beat them, they can remain dormant for years. If you are not careful, they can crawl on you during moments of weakness and then solve again.

Second, the old habit of offering something entertaining for their familiarity. Most of us are afraid to move forward because of fear of living the life we ??know is safe and exchange it for the life of an unknown but interesting. When this happens, we lose a great opportunity.

I want to end bad habits now!
So how can you overcome bad habits that have a stranglehold on you? Is there something stopping you? If there is, do you know what that is? Here is how you can stop your bad habits and start changing your life:

Find out the root cause of your bad habits.
Regardless of what habits you may have, he has a reason to exist. Something in your past makes you acquire and develop these habits. Is there a painful or embarrassing situations you experienced in the past or if you have the drive to develop the habit? Is acquire the habit of making you feel good about yourself? Accepted? Loved? Admired? Or does it make you feel guilty, ashamed or embarrassed?

Learn about what is causing your bad habits will help you understand what's stopping you achieving your goals. Often, by targeting a specific cause or reason, you will understand what your real motivation is to maintain the habit and how you can finally put an end to it.

Admit your responsibility.
Stop blaming the parents or elderly relatives or friends you for your bad habits. It can stop you from moving. You not only feel more bitter about the situation now, you could also end up hurting people's feelings. As a child, you may be free from error to do things that you do not volunteer.

As adults, however, this is an entirely different story. You are an adult who is responsible for everything you do and say. You may be without the pressure to continue your habit. Once you recognize your own contribution, you can then proceed.

Accept your fears.
Fear is useful by nature because they are the result of instincts and reflexes that help protect us in times of danger. However, fear has a nasty tendency to get blown out of proportion. Fear can paralyze you to master and even if it's just a small thing.

Is the fear that's stopping you? If so, learn to accept it as your own. You do not have it or deny that there will only exacerbate your emotions. It is there and you know it. You can not make it go away if you do not tell yourself it's even there in the first place. Once you have received it, learn to let go. Because you know that the thing itself, you have the right to throw away your fears.

Making the decision to replace bad habits with positive ones.
You can not kill a bad habit, but you can stop doing it. Better yet, you can get a new one that will replace bad habits and contribute to make positive changes in your life. Ask yourself, 'What I want to change my life? How do I want? What I want to do to get it? What can I expect if I make changes to it? 'The answers to these questions should be enough reason to take action.

When you have made that decision, you should be able to feel a strong urge to take steps in the right direction. You can create your own moves, no one else. Now that you have an incentive to change your bad habits and create good, there should be no stopping you now.

Changing Bad Habits

Bad habits have been implicated as the sole cause of many broken dreams, lost opportunities and wasted time. Community aware of the problem, but said that changing habits will improve your life is a rather simple approach because it is easier said than done. However, it is true that bad habits can be changed as long as we understand what they are and how they started in the first place. Aware of what your bad habits and how you develop them will be your first step.

How habits are formed
Habit is the result of skills acquired and past experience. They are often associated with a particular emotion or event useful, although it is not uncommon to see unhealthy habits and disrupt both physical and mental health. Habits are formed early, but they learned the behavior, rather than innate characteristics. Certain actions become habits because they repeatedly over an extended period of time. When they are firmly established as a pattern of behavior, these actions become easier and easier to perform. This is when they become habits.

Why is it difficult to break bad habits
Change is difficult, one way or another and it is mainly a habit. They are so hard to break that often, most people give up and surrender Not only that, some bad habits are so embedded that some people find them entertaining. When this happens, people prefer not to change their habits because they offer a sense of familiarity. Changing them makes some people feel uncomfortable, as if they leave their comfort zones trusted. In addition, changing the habits of making some people think it will change the character and personality, even if it will not.

Habits in your brain
According to MIT (yes, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology), if you find it hard to break old habits, blame your neurons. This is because once the habit is set, certain changes in the pattern of neural activity in the brain occurs. This change is in accordance with certain habits, like coffee smoking, gambling or drinking in the morning.

This pattern can be strengthened by the continued practice of the practice and will be stored in a brain region called the basal ganglia. This is the same area that contribute to procedural learning and the formation of certain habits, including addiction.

Once the patterns have been stored in the brain, does not fade or disappear, even if someone has managed to break the habit. If it finds an object or event associated with the habit, will act as a stimulus and the pattern can reappear. This may explain why a reformed smoker will feel a certain pleasure or the urge to smoke when he saw an ashtray or lighter.

Old vs. new
Pattern formation in the brain and the emotional attachment associated with a particular habit of making a habit of the older more difficult to solve than the new ones. Because old habits are firmly entrenched that it has become almost automatic, always confusing to try to break them and continue other tasks as if nothing happened.

Consider for example, action to fill the coffee with coffee every morning at 7. If you do this practice every day for years, can throw you off a bit if you happen to sleep in a hotel room and wake up without your kitchen. You will have the feeling that you forgot to do something or just something that is not true.

You deal with this, of course, but only if you know that everything will be back to normal. You only start to worry when there is no more chance for you to do the same habit again. As an extreme example, obsessive compulsives would feel very uncomfortable and annoying if they can not perform certain actions that they are so used to doing.

Changing bad habits
As you can see, it can be quite a challenge to change bad habits, but just because it's hard not mean it can not be done. By knowing its nature, how it formed and what it does for you, you will be able to see the habit, especially the poor, from different perspectives. As you can understand how you break it down and build it into your system, you will be able to break the pattern and overcome the habit.

A bad habit will always be with you, are stored in your brain. But if you really want to improve your life and implement positive change, aiming to break them in stages. If you can afford to shed them and find a comfort level without them, then you will know the bad habits have been broken.

There are millions of self-help books are available for anyone who needs an enlightened word. It handles a variety of topics so if you need something, you have to do is flip through the self-help and chances are, you will find what you're looking for.

There are some titles that are out there such as, The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Atkins Diet Revolution and Overcoming Angers. There are people who are not immediate, but they at least give you a preview of what you'll read if you buy the book. This is chicken soup for the Soul, Do not sweat the small stuff and Awaken the Giant Within.

Then there are those who promise the reader too much like it, Achieve Your Dreams, Make Yourself Happy and Life Without Limits: Conquer Your Fear.

There are so many titles to choose from and we just talked about here in the United States. Some of them have managed to reach other parts of the world and even translated it to accommodate the country. Despite the differences of our race, this self-help books have so much in common. They are optimistic, they speak directly and clearly to the reader and they give the reader the steps he needs to live a fuller life.

Each year, one million Americans buy books so that they become smarter, leaner, more calm, more interesting and richer. In fact, self-help writers get the most popular celebrity status similar to actors and athletes. Take for example Phil McGraw, a self-help books including Self Matters, is a writer-turned-TV talk show host. Then there is Laura Schlesinger is driven to popularity because of his job right Care and feeding of husbands', Anthony Robbins Unlimited Power and Awaken the Giant Within has sparked an international following.

The books have become part of American culture. In fact, some popular TV shows have called them. Take for example, Sex and the City. There is an episode where Kristin Davis wants to get self-help book, but he was too embarrassed to buy it personally, so he bought it online instead.

If you think about it, there are the books way before we even realize it. Benjamin Franklin's Poor Richards Almanac will make the New York Times Bestseller List with her a penny saved is a penny earned, and early to bed and early rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. It is a sentiment most of the books contain in their pages today.

American individualism is best reflected by withdrawing by your bootstraps. Just because no one is around to pick you up, it does not mean that you will give in eventually. Skeptic and satirist denies the main purpose of the books that say that this is only repeating what our parents taught us and that the author is only banking on the desperation of the reader. Yet there are optimists who believe that words that they read from the book to give them personal empowerment they need to survive the daily battle they face.

Several books discuss ways to challenge the loneliness, depression or obesity. Others advise families how to cope with divorce or death. The teachers are taught how to be more productive in the classroom. Girls are guided during their transition to womanhood. Boys are advised how to handle the class bully. There is so much more. You will be amazed at the unlimited choices you can get when searching for self-help book you need.

Once Bad Habits

Accept it: most people have a bad habit. At best, these bad habits are not recognized and the individual is not even aware that he has one. However, one can eliminate bad habits, whether they realize it or not ithem.

Here's how:

1. Identify your bad habits

It is true that some people may be unaware of their bad habits. But this is not a good reason not to change bad habits. They only realize they have to eliminate bad habits when they are damaged.

The point here is that changing bad habits is not as simple as 1-2-3. One of the biggest factors to consider is the full consciousness of his bad habits. The logic is simple: How do you get rid of something you are not aware of? And this means not only identifying the bad habits per se. This includes identifying the negative side of habits in general. Once identified, it will be clear in your mind and you will be able to understand why the activity is classified as a bad habit.

2. Identifying the culprit

Experts say that bad habits do not happen overnight. Like anything else, there must be some reasons or factors that trigger the situation. Therefore, the next step in getting rid of bad habits is to identify the culprit. What triggered your bad habits?

Of course, you do not pull your hair for no reason at all, right? Even smokers as the smell of cigarette smoke. You see, every bad habit has a trigger that triggers anxiety and distress.

Think of it like this: In most cases, people who smoke usually will say that smoking inhibits muscle relaxation or ease the tension that forms each time they are in a tricky situation. This is what you call triggers or things that really forces you to engage in bad habits.

In simple terms: stress is a major cause. The people involved in bad habits whenever they are stressed, burned out, anxious, or agitated. Some people may also show signs of boredom or negative outbursts.

By simply identify things that trigger bad habits, it will be easier for you to come up with solutions that will effectively eliminate bad habits.

3. Act Now!

What good does it make if after identifying the trigger, you still remain passive about it? What is important is that you must act and make some deliberate changes. It is not enough that you know the enemy and you still let the enemy that is bothering you.

To effect change bad habits, you need to make changes. For example, if you know the boredom that inhibits biting your nails, it would be better if you go out for a walk, chatting with some friends, or indulge in the things that you find as satisfying as eating ice cream.

The main point here is that only by staying away from things that trigger your bad habits, it will be easier for you to keep away from such activities. The idea is to cut the impetus that builds in each time you are in effect the trigger.

4. Replacement

The next step is to find a replacement. Of course, you may not immediately stop the habit in no time. You may even find yourself going back there again and again.

Therefore, the best way to stop this habit is to replace them with good habits. For example, instead of pulling your hair each time you are in a stressful situation, why not find other things that will release your energy. You can use a rubber ball and squeeze it when you are not trying to get through stressful situations.

Tripped the trigger and eliminate the cause of the formation of bad habits is only a matter of turning your attention on things that will still give you the satisfaction or relief but in a less intrusive. In time, you'll be surprised how much you have improved and eliminate bad habits once and for all.

Thus, when experts say the trip the trigger, just trying to follow this advice and you will surely find themselves in a situation much better.

The Bad Habits

Do you have a bad habit? You may do so. In fact, every person on this planet has a bad habit or at least, will develop one at some point in life. Habits are created because of the performance of certain actions on a regular basis. When the mind and the body becomes accustomed to it, this habit becomes established and thus, difficult to break.

Typically, this habit is harmless and can even be productive, because they open the road to learning. Only when they become counter-productive and affect a person's development and its contribution to the environment that needs to change habits. Are you guilty of bad habits? Here are the most common routine that people make:

Delay
Procrastination is one of the most popular regular habit that people develop. It is also one of the most damaging, even though most of the effects felt at a later stage. People with procrastination habits tend to avoid certain tasks, either because these tasks are too difficult, too easy or just not convenient enough. Sometimes, when the habit is so well established, avoid becoming automatic, regardless of the level of difficulty of the task. The result? Waste of time and missed opportunities.

Negative thinking
Negative thinking is often a regular habit in people who have had a difficult or painful experience. Often, there is a sense of foreboding or catastrophic failure of the person who has a negative attitude. They tend to see and treat things as if they are worthless, does not work and a total waste of time, regardless of their real value. People who have developed the habit of negative thinking often find it difficult to see the good things and preferred to dwell on the negative aspects.

Impulsive
Another common habit that can be costly is the impulsive, often found in people who have not been able to develop a good sense of maturity and acceptance. Difficult for them to learn to stand back, take some time to think and decide and then take action. For them, the first thought that comes to mind is often the best option so that they carry out the thought, heedless of the consequences.

Satisfaction
Complacency is often marked by subservience, the tendency to stand back and satisfied. People who are dissatisfied tend to be content with themselves and their current condition, never venturing out to see what else they can offer their environment. Individuals are satisfied is the complete opposite of go-getters. They tend to not like change and prefer to stay within the boundaries of their comfort zone.

Applying a false boundary
People who are afraid to go beyond what they have to be properly established and effectively tend to apply a false upper limit themselves. These habits limit their perspective of things and make them refuse to accept certain truths and take advantage of certain opportunities. In their minds, it is often difficult to go beyond the boundaries and exert more effort because, as is often believed, it's just not done. They think that whatever business they will provide effective and safe.

Poor personal hygiene
Routine that involves personal hygiene are taught and learned in early childhood. Sometimes, they can also be strengthened in the future, when people learn about their benefits. All the same, if a person fails to develop personal hygiene, not only a health risk, it is also a reflection of his character.

However, unlike most regular habits, type of practice may be the easiest to change, given that many people usually develop self-awareness which is often translated later for self-care and development. Sometimes, social factors such as embarrassment and shame can also help bring about a change in habits.

Physically healthy habits
Certain habits affect health in a negative way, such as smoking, excessive drinking and eating. This habit can be developed early in life (like overeating) or they can be obtained later (such as smoking, drinking or taking drugs). They become problems when they turn into an addiction or physical health began to threaten them. Habits like these may or may not be accompanied by emotional causes or attachment, but they become so established that they are often one of the most difficult to break.

Meditation and Relaxation

From the beginning, relaxation and meditation has been recognized as an important treatment modality. However, many people have noted that most of the treatment modality used by professionals only. What they do not know is that it also can be used individually and applied himself.

Here's how:

1. Breathe

Water is one of the most important perhaps even the most important elements that humans need to survive. However, many people fail to appreciate the breath.

Experts say that breathing as a means of relaxation can greatly help people not only defuse a stressful situation but also to facilitate change bad habits.

How? It is very simple. With deep breathing exercises, muscle tension, anxiety, and other factors that inhibit clear thinking or impaired not eliminated. Therefore, the conditions are more relaxed, it will be easier for you to facilitate change bad habits.

2. Identify stress

People who tend to engage in activities that stress can temporarily relieve them but in reality these things are only doing more harm than good.

For example, most tobacco smokers argue that one reason they smoke is to relieve tension or stress. They do not know that smoking can even worsen the situation by increasing the tension and irritability.

By applying some of the activities of meditation and relaxation, like yoga or self-hypnosis, you can easily identify stress and therefore, stop smoking. And even if the change is stressful, the results can be refreshing.

3. Detoxification

And this does not mean the usual detox that people usually do with their bodies. Detoxify your mind means using effective measures eliminate the negative situation or concept.

Successful people say that to get rid of bad thoughts, you need to program yourself with good thoughts and this can be done by selecting only positive thoughts.

Yes, this is an option. It is good you think positive or negative thinking. Our minds can not occupy two thoughts at the same time. Therefore, if you really want to change your bad habits, it is important that you expect the best. People who fail to change bad habits are always complaining about mistakes or errors in the program or activity. For those who managed to eliminate bad habits, they always think the best and believe they can change for the better without a trace of bad habits behind.

4. Engage in self-hypnosis

Sigmund Freud, founder of the psychoanalytic school of psychology, said the change will not happen unless hypnosis is involved. With this, it means that people can make changes only if they are in a relaxed state of mind. Through self-hypnosis, the mind freed from anxiety and stress-free throughout the body. Therefore, people are more ready to accept suggestions that facilitate change bad habits.

Some people say that self-hypnosis can also resemble counseling because the proposal took place. This is not the case. Experts say that even if the advice takes place in both situations, the ability of the mind to accept things in all things more clearly and effectively when the mind is not in his conscious state. That's because when the mind is in a conscious state, it tends to logical and reasonable.

5. Calculate the optimism and positive thinking

If you think you can not just switch from negative thoughts with positive thoughts because it is always like that, think again. The idea is to measure the switch that you do to see how effective this process can be.

For example, every time you have a negative thought, immediately switch to positive. Then, counting each time you do this. In time, you will be amazed at the results. Little by little, the numbers will decrease.

So where the pointer is to bring you? All of this boils down to the fact that changing habits is not only a process but rather an activity of psychoanalysis in which the mind is the primary motivator. Experts say that people only need to change the way they see things and develop a sense acceptable to the things that will lead them to a better life.

Everything that happens is not by chance but because people make choices. Everyone has a choice and choice is always going on in your mind, relax positive.

Vice

They say that we have certain preferences when it comes to shoes, clothes or even our partners. Refer back to kill your significant other. Note that they have the tie binding them altogether. It may be that they are all artists or all of them emaciated men. Whatever the similarities, most likely, there is something similar about their personality as well.

The ironic thing is that it is very difficult to just end the relationship despite the fact that you realize how bad it is for you. A bad relationship is defined as the continuing involvement of frustration from both sides. May appear to have potential but the problem is, so unattainable.

Here is a clear example of a bad relationship habits. If you find yourself more clearly longed for someone who is available, and it is a pattern, just goes to show that you are addicted to this kind of bad habits. You are attached to the unreached and this is not something you need to do over and over again. This will only make you more lonely, frustrated or angry.

Bad relationship is when two people involved in them have different ideas and they do not come from the same place. There is a lack of communication and they no longer enjoy each other's presence.

If you choose to remain in a relationship so discordant and disturbing, you are clearly addicted. You only hurt yourself on an emotional level and sooner or later, you will suffer the stress that will be attracted to physical pain. Tension between you and your partner will definitely affect you, emotionally and physically, and sometimes even mental.

You'll know you've hit a downward spiral if you can not fully disconnected from the relationship. To avoid this (for a short time), your use of alcohol or drug abuse. If addiction is bad attachment relationship is not repaired, sometimes leading to suicide attempts.

Here are the signs that you are intrusive and discordant relationship addiction.
A. You realize that the relationship is bad for you but you do not do anything to end it.
2. You give a reason for living. These reasons are not completely accurate because they are not sufficient to rebut the harmful side effects of the relationship.
3. You feel anxious every time you think to end the relationship. Anxiety causes fear that makes you cling even more.
4. You suffer withdrawal symptoms such as physical discomfort when you begin to end the relationship. It is painful to you and the only cure for a hangover is to contact that person again.

If this scenario applies, chances are you are in an addictive relationship. Ask yourself whether you can take full control of your own life. If your answer is no, then you have to do something about it as soon as possible.

The first step is admitting that you are addicted. By knowing this, you can take the necessary steps to slowly break away from destructive relationships.

People inflicted with addiction to bad relationships often wonder about the basis of addiction. There are many factors that influence their decision to stay in a relationship although it has gone from bad to worse. These include financial issues, housing, the impact on children, communities and disturbance rejection of the plan.

You can overcome addiction to bad relationships with:
A. Makes recovery of the most important priorities.
2. Be selfish and focus on what you need.
3. With the courage to face and deal with your problems, as well as your weaknesses.
4. Acknowledge what you have to develop and work on what you consider negative about yourself. Make room for personal improvement.
5. Focus on your own needs and not the needs of others. By doing this, you will be safer and do not need help from others.
6. Take the time to develop your spirituality. Try to find anything that brings you peace and quiet. It may be just for 30 minutes but it can help you relax.
7. Once you see that you are involved in a relationship like that again, against. If you feel that you are heading in that direction, turn the other way.
8. Be the circle of people who understand your situation. Turn to friends who can empathize.
9. For those of you have experienced and what you learn with others.
10. If you feel that you can not do it alone, get professional help.

Gambling is a Bad Habit

In CSI, Gary Dourdan is an investigative crime reporter who has a history of gambling. When he was called to testify in a case, the lawyer raised his addiction. Judi can be negative because it is self-destructive habits.

Gambling is meant to be just for fun. This is a form of entertainment such as watching your favorite TV show or catch the latest releases at the cinema or playing video games.

This is not really about winning or losing. The problem with gambling is that every time people get lucky and score big, they think that there will always be a chance to get lucky again. The reality is that they tend to lose more just to get the jackpot a second time.

If you gamble because you feel that will make your financial situation better, then you should know that is the first sign of gambling addiction.

Casinos usually offer a variety of games for your own entertainment. You have to play the game just because you want to have fun and relax. There is a possibility that you might score a jackpot, but in reality that is unlikely, as the lottery.

Just like gambling addiction such as alcohol, drugs, nicotine, sex, chocolate, sports. Anything can be addictive. If you feel that you are getting too much then it might be addicted. If you feel that it has a negative effect on you, then it certainly is an addiction that you need to fix as soon as possible.

Anyone prone to addiction. But those who are vulnerable are those who are more likely to get addicted. If you are the type who can not resist the temptation, then you better not do it in the first place. Take for example what happened in Desperate Housewives. Eva Longorias mother-in-law has a gambling problem. Eva wants alone-time with himself, but the mother-in-law kept bugging me and bugging her. What he has left it in the casino. Eva had her time alone.

Here are warning signs that you have a gambling problem:
A. You spend a lot of time gambling.
2. You spend a lot of money gambling.
3. You try to win your money back by chasing your losses.
4. You do not let others know that you are hiding for the casino. You lie and tell them that you would anywhere else.
5. Gambling you get in the way of work and other productive activities.
6. Your gambling interfere with your time for family and friends.

If these points apply to you then chances are you have a gambling problem. The first step in recovery is admitting that you are addicted.

Here is what you can do to overcome them.
A. Go to any casino you have to play in and tell them to close your account. This can be online or offline. The very minute you close your account, you must make sure that you do not return to their casino and start playing again.
2. Start again with your email. Tell your friends and business contacts of your new email. Think of it as a new life and you cut from your old one.
3. Start a new hobby. You have to replace destructive habits with constructive gambling. It could be a sport like tennis, basketball or golf. It can stay home and build a ship model. Whatever works for you, but make sure that it will not take you back to the casino again.
4. If you can not solve your own problem gambling, it is best that you seek professional help.

If you feel that it is impossible to improve your gambling addiction, the first step to do is to stop feeling like that. You must believe in yourself to be able to stop gambling. You also need to have confidence that you can resist the temptation. As much as possible, do not believe that it can not be done. There are so self-doubt, everything will collapse.

Changing a Process

Some people think that life is permanent, where things will never change and the things that happened today will be the same tomorrow or the next day. What they fail to realize that nothing is permanent in this world except change. And if you think you can not cope with change, maybe these tips can help you through.

Accept Change as a Reality

Most people probably have a pre-set ideas of what is in front of them, what will happen in the future, and what is expected based on the things that happen.

However, problems occur when a person, a pre-set ideas are fixed, the experience changes, whether drastic or anticipated. This is because people who do not accept as real change will have difficulty in adapting. Therefore, it is suggested that changes should be accepted as true and clear.

Change is a Process

Change is rooted in psychology, in which the behavior, thought patterns, and personal perspectives to be considered.

Experts say that for change to take effect in the most effective, individuals must learn and understand that it is a process. Usually, the change appears as a three-step process. While others may have different categories at each stage, still, the change can be boiled down into three stages.

1. Decision-making

The first stage is the decision-making. Some experts say this is the unfreezing stage, where pre-conceived ideas or thought patterns called taken apart and the individual is forced to overcome the passive and interactive action. Greatest action an individual can make is when he makes decisions.

When making decisions, you should consider several things. To adapt to change, you should avoid defense mechanisms. In this situation, the more defensive people often reflect on how they hate change. They do not want to let go of their old ways.

However, when people are ready for change and has decided to accept it, they are more than willing to try new things and be more open to new information.

2. Preparation

To affect change, you must learn how to prepare for the event. Experts say that it is more tolerable if you know where you are heading. Therefore, it is important that you have a clear understanding of your goals and objectives.

To do this, you must have a deeper analysis of what is happening in the present. Analyze trends and predict changes that might occur, say, in two to three years. With this, the phase transition will be easier to handle because you have been programmed or set your mind that things will happen.

Preparation involves a significant effort to effect change, readiness to engage in the change in the next few months, or the onset of setting goals.

3. Act

Change will not occur if the individual does not take action. At this stage, individuals are ready to engage the power of the will and develop a sense of independence. That's because they finally decided on something, be prepared for them, and are now ready to take action. This is where the actual process of change occurs.

For example, if you want to change the quality of your life, you might start by deciding what action should you do to prevent change. Say, if you want to become a singer to get more income. Then prepare yourself for the main event. After that, take action subject to your readiness to take action and start applying for a job singing in a different organization.

Keep in mind that each phase in the process of having their own readiness. This will be the main factor that will motivate you to move to the next level. This shows that people can make their own changes. All they have to do is follow three simple steps in the process of change and see what kind of future lies ahead. As they say, the future is in your hands.
