Teens Habits

Adolescence is the formulative years. This is when he becomes an adult. This is also when they eat fast food, almost did not get any exercise, have a tendency to be obese, smoke cigarettes and try drugs.

This behavior is referred to poor health and fitness habits. If misused, it can cause death. Poor diet, tobacco use, alcohol consumption and physical activity began during the teen years. When this goes on into adulthood, it is definitely dangerous.

In the United States, studies show that teens are more and more going though this is really a spiral. If they do not change, then they will only cause them harm in the future.

1. Overeating
If you are a compulsive eater and you find it hard to stop once you start, then you have to get over your obsession with food as difficult as possible. You can do this by controlling yourself. Some do it by cutting back to normal portions. They also seek help from their friends or a support group to help you throughout this transition.

As tempting as it may sound, some of the diet is not the way to go. Hormones and nerve chemicals awry during rapid weight loss session. This only results in binge-eating. You may have a small snack during the day as long as you balance it with the right amount of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Remember to keep your sugar intake low. Unplug your trigger foods. If your favorite is potato chips, do not buy it. Do not buy food when you are hungry. Also remember how well you look and how much you feel better if you monitor your weight.

2. Smoke
You must specify the date when you want to really quit. Change your environment by getting rid of cigarettes, lighters and ashtrays in the car home and office. You do not have to also let people smoke around you. You have to learn how to control yourself. Once you stop, you should never pick them up again.

It also helps to have a support group. Family, friends or others who are also trying to quit will help you through your cold turkey phase. If that means changing your routine, change it. You have to find another one habit every time you feel stressed. You can take a hot bath instead, read a book or exercise.

3. No exercise
If you keep pressing the snooze button in the morning and you do not get up and do your morning walk, stop. Just get up and do it. Tell yourself that ten to fifteen minutes of exercise enough. If you feel that you have more free time to exercise, do it.

You can create a list of reasons why you should exercise as much as you can. It can be to get healthy, have a toned body, or lose weight. Keep this list and keep looking at it because it would be motivating you every time you do not feel like exercising.

You can also keep a record. Write down the number of hours and type of exercise you have been involved in every day. Keep the total for a month and see. Set some goals and be amazed with the results.

4. Drug Addiction
Studies show that by changing diet, drug addiction is also reduced. Drug intake goes hand-in-hand with nutrition. Some believe that drug intake can be reduced if the food you eat is also changing.

But basically you have to control the urge. If you get the urge to pop a pill, then you should do your best to control it. If you look at Leonardo DiCaprio in The Basketball Diaries, it is normal for any withdrawal symptoms of drug addicts. But with proper guidance and appropriate support, you can stop taking the medication.

All this is possible only as long as that person is powerful and strong enough to keep yourself from doing this practice from the beginning again. Habits are hard to break, but once they realize that this has a negative side effect, it will be easier for them to stop.
